At the moment, the company has developed and is finalizing modules for automatic analysis of statistics and prevention of accidents in production with high quality control requirements. The main functional features of the developed modules will be:

1. Storing and processing large amounts of data accumulated over long periods of time (more than 1 year);
2. Training on the basis of the obtained data of the automated system for recognition and prevention of alarm and emergency situations;
3. Automatic adjustment of production based on the analysis of product quality data.

Tools are implemented to collect data from the machine park and from the control and measuring equipment to a special computing server that provides analysis of the received data in comparison with the accumulated statistics.
